The partner companies for Jupiter Group, both in the American and the German market, have a longstanding history in land-development and real estate in general.

Jupiter Group Luxembourg is the interface between larger investors who do not require or do not wish to be part of a larger consortium of investors. While Jupiter Group serves clients with identification and selection, due diligence and advice of and on real estate projects, partner companies may effectively be carrying out land or project development steps.

Jupiter Group now focuses on buying large tracts of land and/or distressed Real Estate projects, together with single investors or very small investor groups who actively participate in the decision making for the projects.

As price development in the real estate markets has accelerated in the United States of America during the years 2011 and 2012 Jupiter Group has increasingly focused on European markets.

Jupiter uses a Joint-venture structure with private investors, making structures leaner and less costly. We provide up-to-date information about the projects, empowering investors, by means of their majority vote, to control what is happening in the project structure.
